This warm and welcoming duplex with a cosy alpine atmosphere can accommodate up to 7 guests and features a south-east-facing balcony with beautiful views of the slopes. The entrance leads to a separate WC and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and raclette grill. The bright living area, with its large windows, includes a dining area and a corner sofa bed providing 2 sleeping spaces (140x190). It opens directly onto the south-east-facing balcony.
Upstairs, the first sleeping area offers 3 single beds (80x190), consisting of two day beds and one pull-out bed (minimum ceiling height under the slope: 50 cm). A second sleeping area, separated by a curtain, features a double bed (140x190) and has a minimum ceiling height of approximately 1 metre. A shower room with WC and heated towel rail completes the upper floor. Wi-Fi included. Ski locker in the residence. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

THE RESIDENCE : The Gentianes residence is located 200m from the slopes, you simply have to go up the road towards the Saulire building to join the green slope which leads to the main departure of the ski lifts. The residence is located 700m from the Laitelet shopping centre and 200m from the nearest shuttle bus stop.
