Upon entering the apartment, you will find a separate toilet and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into the living area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa bed providing two additional sleeping spaces, a decorative fireplace, and direct access to a south-east facing balcony with views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains.
Upstairs, the first attic bedroom is furnished with three single beds (80 × 190 cm), including two daybeds and one pull-out trundle bed. Please note that the sloping ceiling reaches a height of only 50 cm above the trundle bed. The second attic bedroom, with a maximum ceiling height of 1 metre under the slope, is equipped with one double bed (140 × 190 cm). A shower room with toilet and heated towel rail completes the upper floor. Ski locker in the residence, pets not allowed, wifi.

THE RESIDENCE : The Gentianes residence is located 200m from the slopes, you simply have to go up the road towards the Saulire building to join the green slope which leads to the main departure of the ski lifts. The residence is located 700m from the Laitelet shopping centre and 200m from the nearest shuttle bus stop.
