DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
4 bedroom flat, 75m², 8 people, with balcony on the ground floor with lift. Ski in ski out.

- Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, toaster
- Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (80x190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed in 160x190 cm

- Pet allowed.
The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).
Additional tourist tax according to the current rate.

ARCS 1800 - RESIDENCE Le St BERNARD. Lovely 5-room apartment, west facing, with a beautiful view on the "Mont Blanc". Composed of 60 apartments, the residence is located in a quiet environment and benefits from a breathtaking panorama. At the edge of the ski trail, it provides a ski in ski out access.

- Solarium swimming pool access in the nearby Iseran residence.
