This new season is a special one for GSI and its teams. From now on, everyone will be working under the banner of GSI by Foncia – Groupe Emeria. There’s no doubt that the integration of GSI Immobilier into the EMERIA property group marks the start of a new era for the Savoy-based SME. The power of Emeria, which brings together brands across Europe specialising in co-ownership and rental management, will undoubtedly be a strength for GSI.

Creation of a new visual identity

The new entity, dedicated to mountain holiday rentals, now includes the sites where the GSI agencies were historically based, as well as eight new destinations: Le Grand Bornand, Megève, Praz-sur-Arly, Les Saisies, Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, Peisey-Vallandry, Auris-en-Oisans and l’Alpe d’Huez.

With GSI by Foncia branches in seventeen mountain resorts, the property group now manages more than 2,000 chalets and apartments throughout the Northern Alps. With this new, expanded and comprehensive offering, GSI by Foncia is now able to offer its guests a wide range of properties with alternatives to other resorts, thanks to its new network.

Having established its presence in the Northern Alps, all that remains for GSI to do is to conquer the Southern Alps and other horizons. A project that would strengthen their position as leader in the holiday rental market.
